Ever needed a heater that goes from idea to mass production without the usual headaches? That’s exactly what we set out to do. We built our infrared heater around one clear goal: speed. It has to fire up immediately, work reliably, and be dead simple to manufacture. The heart of it is a halogen infrared tube. It delivers heat the moment it’s powered on, so you don’t have to wait around for things to warm up like you do with convection heaters.
Power where you need it, in a size that fits
The specs are straightforward: a 220V input, and a focused 1500W of radiant heat packed into a 300mm tube. That combination wasn’t chosen by accident. We balanced tube length and wattage to give you plenty of radiating surface, while keeping the whole unit compact. So you can drop it into tight spots without redesigning your entire setup.
Built to last, built to plug in
We chose a halogen-cycle quartz tube to keep the heating element in good shape for the long haul. Here’s the neat part: the halogen gas inside puts the evaporated tungsten back onto the filament. That helps prevent blackening and keeps the output steady over the heater’s life. Less maintenance downtime. More uptime. And for the electrical side, we went with an R7s connector. It’s the standard double-ended pin for linear halogen tubes, so installation is a simple drop-in. No custom connectors to source. No wiring puzzles. You just wire it up and it works.
What you get in the real world
On the production floor, the whole point is to get the heater installed and running right away. With the R7s connector and the pre-assembled quartz tube, that’s exactly what happens. But there’s one thing to keep in mind. The 1500W output creates a lot of concentrated heat. The heater itself is small, but your application needs to handle that thermal load. Make sure you plan enough cooling and clearance around the unit so nearby components don’t overheat.
